REFUND- RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. When your order arrives, please inspect carefully and contact us immediately if there are any issues by calling 1-580-888-0339. If something needs to be returned for a refund or exchange, you will need an RA number. We will provide that number when you call to set up the return.
EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, but certain conditions do apply.

Products must be in new and unused condition. All original labels and tags must still be attached.

Special order items and clearance items sales are final and not eligible to exchange or refund.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your return.

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of an error on our part, or due to a faulty or damaged item.

You must have your RA number included in the package so we can process the return properly.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, once your return is processed.
FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEMS
Cowboy Country stands behind the quality of our products. Please contact us immediately if you have received an item that appears damaged or faulty. We will work with you on issuing a credit or replacing the item.
SHIPPING CHARGES
SHIPPING IS FREE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please allow 24- 48 hours to process your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an invoice via email or text with your tracking number. Please wait 24 hours before your tracking number shows any activity.
Once your order ships, we are not responsible for shipping or transit times. Cowboy Country will utilize the lowest shipping rates via, United States Post Office (Need PO Box and Street Address, City, State, Zip Code), FED EX and UPS (Need physical address, City, State, Zip Code)
WE DO OFFER- STORE PICK UP ORDERS. Please allow 24- 48 hours to process your order. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email, text or Call.
